A new year often brings goals and resolutions. For me, one consistent goal is adding more physical activity to my life. It’s something I’ve struggled with over the years—life gets busy, and I often fall off the bandwagon. But I’ve learned that tackling one small change is far more effective than overwhelming myself with a long list.

This year, I’m starting simple: setting my alarm a little earlier in the mornings so I can stretch. It’s a small adjustment that feels doable, and once that becomes routine, I’ll build on it—extending the time and adding in some cardio.
